Following the form defined by ENTSO-E’s Policy Paper “Core strategy for TSO Coordination” and European network codes and guidelines, the need to improve mutual cooperation and coordination in the South East Europe (SEE) was first recognized by the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of Serbia (EMS AD) and Montenegro (CGES AD), as well as by the Independent System Operator (ISO) from Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH). These 3 national entities established the Security Coordination Centre SCC Ltd. Belgrade on 15 June, 2015.
The goal of SCC is to be modernly organised, efficient company, with applied advanced technologies and high-quality professional staff, that performs Regional Security Coordinator (RSC) services, instead of each individual TSO. In that manner, resource savings are achieved and quality of coordination is increased, which is in the spirit of modern European regulations in the field of electricity transmission.
Currently, SCC has 6 employees:
• Director: Mr. Duško Tubić
• Technical expert: Mr. Ismar Sinanović
• Operational and development engineers: Ms. Andrijana Đalović, Mr. Miloš Đurđević, Mr. Bojan Stamenković and Mr. Momčilo Lukić.
