1. Introduction
At Security Coordination Centre SCC Ltd. Belgrade, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and data protection rights of all stakeholders, including our employees, employees of our service users and subcontractors, as well as job applicants. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection and processing of personal data for mentioned groups of people.
2. Collection and Use of CV Data
2.1 Employees of SCC Ltd. Belgrade
Employee data is processed to calculate payroll and compensation, administer benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans, provide various aspects of human resources management, comply with labor laws and other national regulations of Republic of Serbia, and more. Register of personal data for SCC’s employees contains, but is not limited to, the following information:
- ID card information including living address,
- bank information,
- educational information from diploma and enclosed documents,
- number of children including their year of birth,
- patron saint day,
- all other information provided in CV.
2.2 Employees of service users and subcontractors
In order to provide access to the SCC’s IT environment, where employees of service users use different platforms for operational purposes and where employees of subcontractors provide maintenance and development of IT environment, following personal data are collected and used:
- name,
- phone number,
- e-mail address.
2.3 Job applicants
We collect personal data from job applicants who apply for positions at SCC via this website, e-mail or employment platforms. This information is essential for our recruitment process and includes personal and professional details provided by the applicant. Information provided via CV may contain (but are not limited to):
- name,
- living address
- phone number,
- e-mail address,
- working experience,
- education,
- software experience,
- speaking languages,
- personal traits.
3. Data Retention Period
As per national laws and regulations of Republic of Serbia, we retain personal information of our employees, employees of our service users and subcontractors, but we stop processing them as soon as termination of working contract occurs.
As per all applicable laws and regulations of Republic of Serbia, and with the explicit consent of the data subjects, we retain CV data of job applicants for a period of three (3) years from the date of submission. This retention period allows us to effectively manage our recruitment processes, including the possibility of contacting applicants for future job openings.
If candidate rejects this data retention period during application, the candidate's personal data is stored for 6 months after the application and then permanently deleted.
4. Consent
By signing agreements with SCC, employees, service users and subcontractors are becoming aware about our need to collect and process certain personal data of their employees. As per signed agreements, legal representatives of service users and subcontractors are obligated to inform their employees about SCC’s need for personal data collection and processing.
By submitting their CVs through our application process, applicants explicitly consent to the collection and retention of their data for the aforementioned three-year period.
5. Access and Data Subject Rights
Former or current employees of SCC, as well as employees of our service users and subcontractors have the right to access and rectify personal data held by SCC, at any time. Job applicants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their CV data held by SCC, at any time. 6. Data Security
We take data security seriously and have implemented measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. SCC has implemented Information Security Management System in line with ISO/IEC 27001 standard and applies all control measures that are foreseen by this international standard, including all best practise in cybersecurity.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and to reflect changes in our data protection practices. Any updates will be published on this page.
